Our core capabilities within the manufacturing of Presswork, Fabrications, Laser cutting and tube manipulation, coupled with a rapid response in the design and manufacturing of prototypes, allow new products to be realised within narrow lead-times.

Supplementary processes such as Powder Coating, Zinc Plating and Vibro De-burring have also ensured that product lead-times are totally within our control.

Ceandess are about to embark on an Information Technology project, which will see the replacement of our current Computer system.  The new system will provide more detailed management information, aimed to further improve the control within our manufacturing areas, to meet the needs of future growth plans.

It is also planned within a similar time scale to redevelop the Companies Website and also utilise Search Engine Optimisation to increase our marketing presence, in our targeted growth areas of Laser cutting, CNC Press Brake, Fabrication and Powder Coating.

Ceandess offer a unique service to existing and potential Customers, by ensuring that many services are controlled In-House, without the need to Subcontract services that ultimately increase costs. 

This allows drawings to be downloaded from Customers in DFX format, Laser cut, either Formed within our Press Shop or on our CNC Press Brake, fabricated and then either Powder Coated or Zinc Plated without the need to leave the premises.

These processes are also supplemented by Technical Support, so that products can be re-designed to aid manufacturing improvements and efficiencies if necessary and thus promote a Partnership between Ceandess and its Customers.
