CAD/CAM

CAD/CAM facility within the factory.

Customers are able to send drawings in dxf format, that are then loaded
onto our cad system. The drawing is then converted into machine code and
the profile laser cut.

This profile can then either be bent using a CNC press brake or with
conventional press tooling and then fabricated and either zinc plated or
powder coated in house.

Multiple products can be nested in the same sheet to improve flexibility,
lead time reduction and reduced material waste.

This facility allows prototypes to be manufactured within shortened lead
times allowing for knowledge to be gained before production volumes
commence.
