Plating Line

Zinc plating facility within the factory.

The zinc plating line was introduced in 2005 with trivalent capability.

It is computer controlled allowing individual barrels to be sent down
the line and plated to different colours and thickness levels.

Internal production lead times have been reduced through, batch size
reduction and transportation times to external suppliers not required.

Zinc plating costs are controlled more effectively and minimum
order costs eliminated.
